If Bursa wants to be one of the leading cities in the world with its economic development the industrial manufacturing with high technology should be emphasized. The universities bear a significant role to reach this target. In the name of the entrepreneurs of Bursa, we, as the BTSO, are also involved in the process of founding a university. The Board of Directors of the BTSO has the target of founding the Bursa University of Commerce and Industry for Bursa to be able to achieve the 2023 targets.

The university will be planned as a specialization university. The Bursa University of Commerce and Industry will consider the universities in the city not as competitors, but as partners and will be a university which serves the future vision of Bursa.
