Sectoral Councils

The Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry that broke new ground among the chambers of Commerce and industry in Turkey has initiated the “Sectoral Councils” by uniting the business community in Bursa. 18 sectoral councils established to add momentum to the activities of the committees, to ensure the collaboration of the 51 committees and to shape a common strategy have prepared reports concerning the strategic steps following the completion of the workshops.
BTSO has shared the council reports prepared for each sector with the public and begun to take steps in order to realize the action plans. Important projects such as Textile Excellence Center in Bursa, Energy Efficiency Center, foundation of an Energy Agency and BTSO Training Kitchen came up following the reports. The “Sectoral Councils” became the dynamo of the city.
