Within the scope of the BTSO Training Kitchen Project, a kitchen will be established in MESYEB to provide practical trainings.
In the first step, the necessary qualities of the workforce are determined according to need. It is planned to train qualified personnel in the kitchen sector in the field of cookery, pastry and service with trainings that are given theoretically and practically by leading expert trainers in their field.
It is aimed to set an example across Turkey with this model which will be established by taking facts of meeting the needs of food industry and training intermediate staffs continuously into consideration.
The BTSO Training Kitchen is designed to educate qualified staff in the kitchen sector, which is a sector rapidly develops and grows day by day.
