Tasks
1. To launch clustering initiatives and conduct activities to ensure their continuity,

3. To manage meeting organizations within the scope of Clustering and UR-GE Project
4. To oversee the implementation of projects supported by the Regional Development Agency
5. Preparing and managing projects to secure funding from national and international sources in addition to the Chamber’s own resources
6. Designing and implementing projects within national and international support mechanisms (such as the Enterprise Europe Network, Ur-Ge, etc.) to strengthen members’ competitive advantage in global markets and enable them to capitalize on new opportunities.
