The Energy Efficiency Center Project, applied within the scope of the Bursa Eskisehir Bilecik Development Agency's 2014 Call for Proposals Cooperation and Development Financial Support Program, started with a contract signed on May 29, 2014. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, prevent unconscious use and waste, and reduce energy intensity both at the sectoral and macro levels.
It is the first and only Energy Efficiency Consultancy (EEC) company in Turkey accredited by TÜRKAK.

Additionally, unlike other EEC companies, the Sustainability Unit within the BTSO Energy Efficiency Center provides guidance to businesses in technical, theoretical, and financial areas throughout the roadmap for compliance with legal and other requirements related to Climate and Sustainability.
Since its establishment, the center has been involved in relevant Ministry projects, providing support to the industry in the field of energy efficiency. It has also participated in Energy Efficiency Projects with Development Agencies, contributing to individual companies and public institutions. With its comprehensive services and support, the center has set an example with exemplary projects not only in Bursa but throughout Turkey.
