The Bursa Construction and Decoration Fair, co- organized by BTSO and TÜYAP Bursa Fair Inc. have ended. BTSO continue to pioneer its work on course of making Bursa the central city for Fair Organization. The fair received total of 46 thousand visitors in 5 days.
The exhibitions constructed on a 35 thousand square meters of field which has 6 separate halls filled with boots set up by 195 participant companies who exhibited their products and presented their projects to 46 thousand people for 5 days.
The organization took place between 11-15 April at TUYAP Bursa International Fair and Congress Center attracted many domestic and foreign investors'.
MARKETING IS IMPORTANT AS MUCH AS PRODUCTION
Mr. İbrahim Burkay; President of Board of Directors of BTSO stated that the marketing and promotion of goods and services offered to world markets is as valuable as the production factor.
Mr. Burkay, who says that in recent years, Bursa has taken a significant distance regarding the fair organizations, noted that Bursa, which offers goods and services produced as business representatives of the city, as close to 200 countries and regions, is aiming to set their bar higher in fair organizations.
THE WORLD HAVE ACCEPTED THE SECTORAL SUCCESS
Mr. İbrahim Burkay; President of Board of Directors of BTSO said that Bursa Construction and Decoration Fair and the 3rd Real Estate Fair realized this year are the organizations that guide the development of the sectors. Investors from 34 countries, including from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, had the highest investment potential this year for the two years that are held synchronously.
Mr. Burkay expressed that more than 300 foreign buyers have gathered with companies from Bursa with the support of TUYAP and Ministry of Economy. “Our country has a significant success in construction and real estate sectors which is globally accepted. The presence of 46 Turkish companies among the 250 major contractors of the world is the most important indicator of this. I believe that our industry, which is the dynamo of our country's economy, will continue to maintain its successful profile in 2018 and in the years to come. Our concurrently organized fairs will continue to take on a mission that increases the business volume of the industry in the future years.”
ANOTHER PROCUREMENT DELEGATION
Mr. İbrahim Burkay stated that as BTSO procurement delegation arrangements that contributed to the export-oriented growth of the sectors will continue.
Mr. Burkay announced that between April 7 and 21, they will organize a procurement delegation organization at Merinos AKKM (Atatürk Congress Culture Center) within the scope of Food Ur-Ge Project, emphasizing that approximately 160 business people from 34 countries will participate in this organization.
FAIRS HAVE REVIVED THE SECTOR BASED TRADE
Mr. İlhan Ersözlü; General Director of TUYAP Bursa Fair Inc., stated that Bursa Construction and Decoration Fair and Rising City Bursa Real Estate Fair welcomed visitors from 34 countries and 35 cities in Turkey by total of 46 thousand people which realized with the collaboration of IMSIAD, BEMO, Bursa Chamber of Paint and Decoration.
Mr. Ersözlü stated that the Rising City Real Estate Fair, which is prepared mainly with the participation of contractors and real estate consultancy companies, provides opportunities to invest in real estate such as houses, offices, land, shops as well as housing demands appealing to final consumers and to appeal to everybody who wants to evaluate their savings properly with profitable opportunities, and added; “Bursa Construction and Decoration Fair which is Turkey’s second largest gathering that held simultaneously with Real Estate Fair, kept the pulse of construction industry as being the region’s powerful gathering with its wide range of products from door to the kitchen, from dyes to isolation materials.”
“Our synchronously held fairs have revived the sector based trade both in Bursa and Turkey with its contribution in housing sales.” Mr. Ersözlü also added that visitors showed great interest in the urban transformation projects.
INVESTORS ARE FOND OF BURSA
Mr. İlhan Ersözlü; General Director of TUYAP Bursa Fair Inc. stated that Bursa, which is rapidly developing and growing in the construction sector, has hosted important investors from abroad during the fairs. He also added that investors attended to the fair from Germany, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Algeria, Morocco, Palestine, France, Georgia, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Switzerland, Qatar, Kosovo, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Egypt, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Oman, Jordan and Yemen, have all made important associations in Bursa with the effort of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and contributions of TUYAP offices in abroad and Ministry of Economy.
