As part of BTSO Ur-Ge project, 226 foreign buyers, mainly from Russia, Morocco, Iran and Belarus are looking for new ways of cooperation by closely examining the products of Bursa companies active in the garment fabric sector.
BTSO continues to carry out the most projects among the Chambers and Stock Exchanges in Turkey with 10 different Development of International Competitiveness Projects (Ur-Ge) and continues to hold important organizations to increase the exports of companies. Previously, BTSO, which brought together nearly 400 foreign buyers with Bursa companies with two separate buyer delegations for the textile sector, has now organized a buyer delegation for members of the garment fabric sector. 226 company representatives from 20 countries, mainly from Russia, Morocco, Iran and Belarus, are taking steps of important commercial links by examining the products of Bursa companies which have come together under the name of BURTEX corporate brand. “WE CONTINUE OUR STRATEGIC WORKS”
Mr. İsmail Kuş; Vice President of the Board of Directors of BTSO said that they have organized the buyer delegations for the third time in the textile sector within the scope of Ur-Ge projects, "Today we are bringing important buyers from different countries of the world to our members again. Our city, the second largest exporter in Turkey, increased by almost 14 percent in the first four months of the year. We are continuing to carry out strategic studies to increase this success that Bursa has achieved in exports "
7 BUYER DELEGATION ORGANIZATIONS WITH UR-GE PROJECT IN A YEAR
Mr. İsmail Kuş reminded that they have brought 10 thousand foreign buyers from more than 80 countries together with the companies located in Bursa for cooperation within the scope of Commercial Safari project up to today. He indicated that: “With Ur-Ge projects, we organized 7 different buyer delegation organisations. For these organizations we offer direct marketing opportunities for our products, we have brought about 1,000 buyers from more than 30 countries together after the referendum. One of every four job interviews carried out in this organization ended up with orders.”
After the press statement, Mr. Ismail Kuş, Vice President of the Board of Directors of BTSO, visited the companies that opened stands together with Mr. Hasan Gürses, Accountant Member of the Board of Directors of BTSO. Within the scope of the organization, businessmen who came to Bursa, especially from Russia, Morocco, Iran and Belarus visited the stands and examined the products closely.
Foreign customers will also visit the production facilities of Bursa International Textile and Trade Centre (BUTTİM) and Bursa companies within the scope of Bursa program. |
